Welcome to Sidmouth Croquet Club

Croquet started in late 1900 with the first open tournament in 1908. 125 years later the club has four full-sized, first class lawns maintained by our excellent groundsman Toby Seldon. We host international, national and local tournaments as well regular club play. Play is possible all year round, weather dependent, with two lawns usually being available during the winter months.

We share the iconic thatched clubhouse with cricket and tennis members, enjoying a fully equipped bar and restaurant.   Many events & activities are staged at the club throughout the year with bridge being available  during the winter months.

All this for just £207 pa [2025-26] and no lawn fees.
